What we collect

Inquiry/contact details you submit (name, email, company, message), account data for customers, and support-ticket content. We do not collect payment data — that is handled by your chosen provider (PayPal/Stripe) under their policies.

How we use it

To respond to inquiries, deliver and operate the Services under your engagement, send transactional emails (verification codes, ticket updates), and improve our operations. We do not sell your data.

Retention

Engagement and audit records are retained for the life of the engagement plus 7 years for legal compliance, then deleted.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or export/deletion of your data at any time via support@abc-io.com.

Encrypted backups, audit logging of every action, and external attack-surface monitoring are standard. See our Terms of Service.
