Terms of Service

1. What we provide

redot1 designs, deploys, and operates autonomous AI internet solutions (the "Services") under a scoped engagement. Capabilities are described on this site; exact deliverables are defined per quote and approved order.

2. No automatic billing

We do not charge automatically. You request a solution or quote; our team reviews and approves orders during business hours (8am–8pm New York), then issues an invoice or payment link. Payment is released only after your approval.

3. Your responsibilities

You provide accurate information, authorized access to the systems you ask us to operate, and timely approvals. You remain the owner of your data, content, and configurations.

4. Data & privacy

We process customer data only under a signed engagement, apply least-privilege access and audit logging, and never resell your data. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Availability & support

Services are monitored continuously by ABC-AI. Support is tracked via tickets; human response targets are stated in your engagement SLA.

6. Liability

Services are provided "as is" for lawful business use. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 3 months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are posted here. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
